Calculations and downloads
Sizes and text are processed in your browser to provide the tool you request. PDF/SVG files are created here; we do not upload that content, require an account or send it to a calculation or AI API.
Preferences and drafts
Language, units, paper and profile are saved locally when you choose a control, solely to remember that choice. Full planner sizes are saved only when you press Save and removed with its Delete button. They remain on your device until you delete them or clear site data; they are not used for advertising profiles.
Label text stays in memory. Only when switching language is it temporarily transferred within this tab using sessionStorage; it is retrieved and removed on arrival in the other version. It is not in the link or permanently saved. Suggested regions come from browser preferences, not physical location.
When you send an email
The link opens your email app: you decide what to send. We receive your email address, name if included and message content to answer questions and fix errors. The basis is our legitimate interest in handling those communications; we do not use them for marketing. You do not need to send identity documents, a postal address or customer information.
We will retain the conversation while needed to resolve it and address possible liabilities or legal obligations. Resolved messages will be reviewed and those no longer needed deleted; no automatic deletion is scheduled. The mailbox uses Google Gmail, which processes messages under its terms.
Hosting and security
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages as a static site. Cloudflare may process your IP address, requested URL and technical connection data to deliver and protect the website. Text entered in the editor stays in your browser.
The legitimate interest in maintaining an available, secure service is the basis for technical processing for which we are responsible. We do not configure our own log exports or analytics in this pilot. Cloudflare and Google operate internationally; their policies explain overseas processing and safeguards. Cloudflare applies its data processing addendum when acting as a processor; it may retain technical data under its terms and security requirements. We do not claim that all data stays in the European Union. Our mailbox uses consumer Gmail, subject to Google terms and privacy, without attributing a Google Workspace contract to it.
Advertising, measurement and links
This version does not load AdSense, Analytics or advertising scripts. If ads or measurement are added, this policy will be updated and applicable consent configured before activation. External references have their own policies and open only when you choose a link; they are not embedded in the tools.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable by writing to the contact email. Provide what is needed to identify the request; further information will only be requested if necessary to verify identity. You may complain to Spain’s data protection authority, the AEPD.
